## What the platform is

A digital ecosystem where borrowers, financial organizations (banks, MFIs), collectors, lawyers, mediators, and business representatives can:

- prepare and send pre-trial applications to creditors
- negotiate overdue loans and restructure terms (the creditor decides)
- invite or find a mediator and run mediation workflows
- sign PDFs with Kazakhstan EDS (NCALayer) or eGov Mobile / eGov Business via SIGEX
- keep an audit trail of documents and consents

Sign Hub is the KenesHub product for guest or cabinet PDF signing. Kenes.Aigak is the web-evidence / inspection-protocol product.

## What the platform is not

KenesHub is **not**:

- a government service, national platform, or state-owned company
- a bank, MFI, or payment institution acting as a lender
- the official collective settlement (коллективное урегулирование) platform of the banking / MFO ombudsmen

The official collective-settlement platform is **Finkelisim.kz** (ARRF + First Credit Bureau, with bank and MFO ombudsmen). Official filings there are made on finkelisim.kz. KenesHub does not accept those official filings and does not charge for filing on Finkelisim.

KenesHub does not guarantee legal outcomes. AI on the platform is an internal assistant; outbound legal documents must not say they were generated by AI.
